Here is a neat little plan I have been thinking about for a while.

This little gem could be built in a few months. for under a $1000.  

The design is so simple it could represent a many separate little industries or a single operation such as logging, mining or a mill.  Later it could easily be expanded to become part of a larger layout.  Adding 6"s to the depth and a foot or two to the length would blow the options way open.

Possible Variations on this design.

Raising raising the industrial area about an inch to a low plateau placing taller structures  putting in staging tracks along the backside of it.
