Track plan as of 1/19/06 :
(not perfectly drawn but very close)

Currently only the Grey and Grandure with the
interchange track has been laid.
The above plan is "approximately"
what the final will look like. Please see the following narrative
for a better description. This will be revised and photographs substituted.
The biggest difference is that the Main Line will be double track
for most of the way.
In the above plan you can see where the GandG
"starts" at the interchange yard. Leaving west bound, (clockwise), it turns back sharply
and descends into the Grandure Valley, (about 2"). The Grandure Valley is home to a
wide variety of manufacturing plants, drilling and mining operations. The
GandG is operated strictly as a point - to - point.
There is a loop for continuous running but never to complete a days work.
While there are spurs off the loop trains servicing them will return the way
they came, (or else).
Running westbound out of the yard at Grandure the line climbs steeply and
becomes duel track just as it begins the sweeping "Long View
Curve". This will continue at least as far as the interchange
with the Canadian Pacific, (roll on at the bottom right).
